Chris is an accomplished agency leader and digital specialist with over twenty years’ experience of delivering complex marketing solutions, leading global accounts, developing, and optimising operational process, setting and implementing business vision at board level and driving successful new business initiatives. Throughout his career he has delivered initiatives within all major digital disciplines and run integrated accounts across a wide range of industry sectors. This includes the delivery of £8+ million ecommerce platforms, award-winning creative campaigns, transformative consulting services, and innovative digital media planning and buying. He is currently Board Advisor for BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) and has a focus on addressing the digital skills gap in the UK.

Tim leads client relationships, growth, and new business across UNLIMITED, ensuring clients have access to the best talent and capabilities. He also heads up the Government business, including the Cabinet Office and HMRC, amongst others. Prior to UNLIMITED, Tim held a variety of senior roles, both agency and client-side. Client-side roles included John Menzies, aiding the sale to WH Smith; the Aer Lingus Group diversifying outside the airline; and at Shell Retail launching the first smart card loyalty programme in the UK. He spent 15 years at TBWA\ where his responsibilities included CEO of TEQUILA\, CEO of Agency.com, and sitting on the TBWA\UK Group Executive Board. Tim is a regular industry award judge including a category chair of the DMAs, Cannes Lions, and The Drum awards. Tim has also been a Nesta business mentor and sat on the business advisory board for Comic Relief for nearly 20 years.

Tim set up Wildlife charity TUSK FORCE protecting endangered species. He also has a piece of design work in the permanent exhibition at the V&A.

Dave has 20+ years of experience as a finance professional, having been a senior finance leader in various business services companies. He has previously worked as Group Financial Controller at IT Lab, as well as taking on the role of Head of FP&A at Alexander Mann. In 2013, Dave won a BVCA award for his contributions at Alexander Mann. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants and an Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Dave joined UNLIMITED in 2017 as Group Financial Controller, most notably supporting the roll out of Workbook and the set up of the Bristol shared service centre. Dave was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2024.

Jane has over 30 years’ experience working in insight across a wide variety of sectors. In 2021 Jane was promoted to head of UNLIMITED’s Insight & Analytics Division. Prior to this she was Managing Director of Walnut UNLIMITED. Her background is in statistical modelling and pricing research. Jane brings an analytical approach to her work and is fascinated by the many drivers of human behaviour. She loves the many challenges of helping clients adapt to ever changing markets.

Emma has over 20 years’ industry experience across a diverse range of sectors including FMCG, Telco, Retail, FS, and Charity. She is equally at home developing best-in-class loyalty propositions and sophisticated customer experience solutions for the likes of NS&I, Barratt, and People’s Postcode Lottery, as she is creating smart, standout, integrated and brand work for Unilever, WW, and others. Strong leadership skills, a can-do attitude, and an ability to bring out the best in those around her has resulted in success transforming existing client business, successive new business wins for the agency, and enduring client relationships. Emma’s passion for business development is likewise mirrored internally through her contribution to the wider agency’s development – with a particular commitment to inspiring and developing emerging talent.

Faye has 20+ years’ experience spanning PR & comms, digital, demand generation, advertising and integrated marketing, much of it agency-side. In 2023, Faye was promoted to Head of UNLIMITED’s newly launched B2B Tech division. Formerly Chief Revenue Officer at UNLIMITED, she is a true “T-shaped” marketing leader, with specialism in B2B marketing – particularly developing effective go-to-market strategy and operations for B2B and technology brands, plus growth marketing for scale-up and SaaS businesses. Many of her growth clients have achieved successful multi-million valuation exits, built on predictable marketing, pipeline and revenue development, driving margin and topline growth.

With 20+ years of experience in medical communications, Clare has partnered with some of the world’s finest healthcare companies and organisations. Promoted to Head of UNLIMITED’s Health Division in 2020, Clare is passionate about delivering programmes that make a difference, whether that be through medical education, traditional and digital communications, brand promotion or marketing. Throughout her career, Clare’s work has involved many exciting advances in areas such as oncology, dermatology, infectious diseases, immunology, gastroenterology and neurology – each of which have represented some truly life-changing outcomes for patients.
